Q1 I have no previous snowmobile experience, will I find it difficult?

Most of our clients have no prior experience, before every tour at the trail head you will be given a 45 minute orientation on safe snowmobile operation and alpine safety, Operating a snowmobile is not difficult and most people become comfortable very quickly. Snowmobiles are fully automatic and very easy to operate with just two simple motions, a right thumb control accelerator gives you forward motion and left hand brake will bring to a stop.

Q2 How many people can a snowmobile carry ?

Our snowmobiles are designed for deep snow ,so only a single rider is permitted.

Q3 Will bad weather cancel my tour?

No, due to the inherent nature of winter weather and snowmobiling, all tours will proceed on cold, snowy days. In some cases Hazardous weather conditions or safety factors may require NSA to cancel your trip, in such cases all money will be fully refunded.

Q4 What does N.S.A supply?

N.S.A will supply all transfers to and from your accommodation to trail head, a ready to go high performance deep powder snowmobile, all safety gear ie., helmet, beacon, shovel, probe. Expert snowmobile and alpine orientation and no less than 2 guides per tour to help fine tune your powder experience.

Tour 1- lunch supplied.

Tour 2- morning tea supplied.

Q5 What will you need?

Being here on a skiing holiday you should be ready for the alpine environment, ski gear a must, bring your goggles and gloves ( any spares if you have them) we supply backpacks so there's plenty of room. Footwear: snowboarders should wear their boots, skiers will be supplied with appropriate footwear. For a small rental fee we have complete alpine outfits available. Don't forget your camera!

Q6 Am I responsible for damage to snowmobile?

Yes! You are. Also you will have to sign a liability waiver.
